Refunds and Replacements
If your product is damaged, the wrong item has been shipped to you, does not meet your expectations or just changed your mind, you can choose to refund or replace.

The refund method is the same as the payment used to make the original purchase (i.e. bank account or easyPaisa account).

Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged package, please accept our apologies. We pack our products as safely as possible, but sometimes continue to be damaged during delivery. In this case, we may provide you with a full refund or replacement.
We are happy to refund the same payment for the original purchase via possible payment methods, namely bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash account.
